At PDI Partners, we are seeking a strategic and experienced ERP & CRM Transformation Consultant to join our Technology Advisory practice. Digital transformation accelerates business, but poorly governed implementations compound enterprise risk. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between business leadership and technical integrators, ensuring that massive system overhauls are executed securely, efficiently, and with maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Guide enterprise clients through the full lifecycle of complex ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) implementations.
- Pre- & Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR): Conduct rigorous assessments before go-live and post-deployment to ensure data migration integrity, system stability, and user adoption.
- Control & Security Design: Collaborate with our Cyber GRC team to embed robust IT General Controls (ITGC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) directly into the new platform architectures.
- Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Analyze legacy workflows and redesign business processes to align with modern ERP/CRM best practices, avoiding the trap of simply “lifting and shifting” bad habits.
- Vendor & Program Management: Act as an independent, vendor-agnostic advisor, overseeing third-party system integrators to ensure they deliver on technical requirements and business objectives.
- Executive Reporting: Provide transparent, independent program assurance briefings to C-Suite sponsors and IT Steering Committees regarding project health, budget, and cyber risk.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Systems Integration (Big-4 or specialized advisory experience is highly preferred).
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of advising on or managing large-scale implementations of Tier-1 ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Required Certifications: Relevant project management or architectural certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF) or platform-specific functional certifications.
- Strong understanding of data governance, cloud architecture, and the shared responsibility model.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across diverse business units.
