Our services are strategic and advisory in nature; while we provide expert defensive recommendations, the final implementation and operational risk remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

PDI Partners adheres to stringent confidentiality standards and respects the sensitive nature of enterprise cyber profiles. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by UAE regulatory authorities or legal mandates.
5. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDI Partners provides its services and website “as is” without warranties of any kind. PDI Partners, its owners, and consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or business reputation—arising from your reliance on our advisory or the use of our digital platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
